This spacious, private upper-floor home occupies the entire building footprint in historic downtown Moorefield.



Whether you’re visiting for an outdoor adventure, a family getaway, a weekend of antiquing, or remote work, the suite offers an open, thoughtful layout designed to keep guests comfortable.



Perfect for families, vacationers, remote workers, and traveling professionals. We welcome corporate travelers, project managers, and supervisors; however, to protect our delicate historic woodwork, we require prior host approval for heavy industrial work, commercial trade labor, or job-site crews.

We also provide coffee syrups, sweeteners, creamers, and a starter supply of coffee for your first morning! Tea is also available.

* Living /Commons Area: Queen Murphy bed, a Queen sleeper sofa, and an available Queen air mattress for additional guest flexibility.

*Private Porches, Gardens & New Courtyard: Unwind on the front and side porches surrounded by a curated flower and vegetable garden. Just off the main porch, step into our newly added private courtyard! Tucked perfectly into the gardens, this space features an outdoor dining area, a premium gas grill, and a cozy gas fire pit.

* Seamless Entry: Keyless entry via a secure digital keypad at the private rear entrance.

* Guest Note: Accessing the suite requires navigating 8 stairs immediately upon entry.

Important Property Guidelines

• Parking: Please park parallel to the wooden fence or behind it at the courtyard marked “Guest Parking Only.” The main entrance to the property is through the wooden gate in the courtyard.

• Extended Stays & Maintenance: For stays of 14+ days, a scheduled mid-stay refresh and routine maintenance check is required every 14 days.

• Footwear: Please remove heavily soiled shoes at the entryway to protect our historic floors.

• Pets: To keep our space pristine for all guests, we maintain a pet-free home (ADA service animals always welcome with prior notice).

• Care: We ask that guests treat our home with respect and notify us immediately if any accidental damage occurs.Occupancy Guidelines:

• Standard & Vacation Stays: Up to 8 guests maximum.

• Extended Stays (14+ days): Typically limited to 3 guests to ensure optimal comfort, parking, and quiet residential living. We will consider groups with more than 3 guests on longer stays upon special request.
