"The photos the actual photos of the property. I really love how the smart tv was setup to watch just about any app or movie to your choice. The kitchen was perfect! The sofa was full size, which is a plus.Everything was amazing other than the dryer disfunction, and old leakage on the brick wall was questionable. Also the sheets didnt look 100 percent clean. "

"Great communication and the space was so much larger than expected! Loved it. No negatives. Would have loved a place to hang clothes or unpack but the place was a dream. Close to a blue bike lockup as well making it easy to get around "

"This was a modern apartment, with all amenities included. The washer/dryer was very helpful! A group of us stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center for a week. It was only a pleasant 0.8 mile walk to the convention center. If we wanted to visit the French quarter, we could take the Charles Ave trolley, which was one block away. The only complaint was that we could hear people walking around in the apartment above us. That was a little annoying late at night or...

"The condo was in walking distance to the WWII Museum (just across the street) and most great restaurants around the Warehouse District. It was on an upper floor and felt very safe. The one downside was the living room furniture. While stylish, it was not comfortable. Very hard to get comfy on that couch and chair after walking around NOLA all day. But all in all, it was just what we needed for the weekend we had planned. We never needed a car or Uber. Just trekked it from Union Station...

"This condo is perfectly situated in the Warehouse District close to many restaurants and other venues. The neighborhood is very walkable and it has a safe feel to it. We will definitely stay here again!!!"

"The property is pretty and in a nice and quiet neighborhood! Just a short drive to Baton Rouge and not far from New Orleans! Property manager was nice and very easy to communicate with if an issue needed addressed! Highly recommend!"
