"The hotel needs some upgrade to the bathrooms and painting in the rooms"

"Definitely great service the food and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice and comfortable. Move service came, especially on time and if I had a problem, I could talk to the front desk manager who was a polite and delightful person to meet and understand and talk to snack snacks and microwave was good. Tea was good. Everything about my experience was amazing."

"Great location, room and amenities. Very good breakfast included, and having a large room with so many amenities has been great for the price."

"Once again, we love this property but would appreciate an earlier check in time."

"Fint ophold, men hotellet tilbyder ikke transport til lufthavnen, sådan som hotels.com ellers oplyser. "

"Værelset så fint ud ved første blik. Men i badekaret var der lange sorte hår, toiletrulle holderen var i stykker, airconditionanlægget kunne ikke justeres."

"Most of my 4 night stay was great. The best parts: Covered, safe parking, hot water immediately when I turned on the bathroom sink (opn the 6th floor), quiet halls, hot breakfast with many options, friendly desk clerks (thanks Sam!). If I want to be nitpickey I would mention that my plastic wrapped soap was impossible to open and both times I needed glasses or scissors to get the soap out! Crazy. When you are showering that is not a good thing....anyway, certainly not the end of the world but...

"The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

"Dewanda was amazing! Super nice gave us the best attention during breakfast. Parking included, good breakfast and very clean."

"Nice stay"

"Room was clean. Staff were very nice and friendly."

"Nobody came and checked the room for trash, the lights kept flickering from bright to dim. The toilet was loose and there was a crack inside of the tub. The breakfast was a joke. There is also no phone in the room to call the front desk, so if you need anything you have to go to the front desk and wait for help."

"Super hyggeligt med meget srrviceminded personale. Og som en lille ekstra feature så duftede deres luftfriskere rigtig dejligt :-) Her kommer vi gerne igen"

"Very stylish hotel in an up and coming neighborhood in New Orleans. Easy to get a bus or an Uber into town. Try the streetcar a 15 min walk from the hotel. Seems like they haven't changed in a century. The hotel has kept its original style, while having all the amenities you expect. No breakfast, but good places to eat just around the corner. We loved it!"
