"This 2 bedroom condo was very spacious, clean, updated and a great location. The kitchen was brand new. Both bedrooms had a sink with a back lighted mirror, which my daughters loved! The bathroom had heated floors set to a timer for warm floors in the morning. Every room had and AC/heating unit which was very convenient. I hope to stay here again! The only thing I would recommend is the trash bin on the property did not close so a bear showed up in the evening but that made for a great story and...

"I grew up 15 miles from Newport Beach. The location is outstanding from a local perspective. 36-52 street is where locals go to the beach. It’s not as touristy and if you need food or a bathroom- head “home.” We enjoyed taking the Duffy Boat over to Balboa and grabbing a balboa bar. Neighborhood has restaurants and a only a short drive to a gourmet supermarket. House is comfortable and private but basic. There is a nice yard and deck and room for parking. "
