"Fantastic stay"

"Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...

"The accommodation is luxurious and beautiful. We certainly felt pampered and welcome. The special touches are numerous and the staff members are clearly trained to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Breakfast was extensive, served with a view of the lush garden which is filled with tropical plants and trees. Plants and greenery are found throughout the hotel which makes for a wonderful feel. "It was advertised with parking being available. The was no secure parking at the property and the area was clearly unsafe not allowing a vehicle to parked in the street without significant risk."

"It was a last-minute reservation, we were staying at another place nearby and needed a break from the heatwave. This was a little gem of a place, and I am only sorry that we had such limited time there. A very charming place with great service. And the beds were so comfortable! "
