"The location was perfect for our family get away providing comforts from home. Family of four apartment was right size bedding would have loved a second bed but there was at least a sofa bed for a kiddo. Minutes away from Houston Zoo, Houston Natural History Museum and best the NRG stadium at walking distant. Area was quiet and safe with large bathroom for a toddlers favorite kind of bath. We did attend a concert and overall distance walking from front office was only 21 minutes to front door. I...

"The area was really amazing, having Hermann Park nearby and the pool area. But the apartment was lacking a lot, not enough chairs to seat everybody, listing it as available for 6 people is definitely a stretch. Wall paper was falling of the walls at some areas, cupboard was falling apart. Really hard make food in the kitchen due very limited tools, and not nearly enough cutlery. Also the host did not respond to our complaint during our visit. "

"Great location in relation to the zoo, museum and dining. Check-in was a nightmare. We stayed at this location following a cruise to visit the zoo, museum and NASA. While on the cruise I received information on setting up an account with Door/Latch and separate communication from VRBO on check-in details via email and didn't realize it. So upon arrival we didn't know how to enter the property, where to park, how to enter the unit ... Just a mess. If we book through Expedia, communications should...
