Terrible experience
It started when I arrived.They did not had any eye contact but handle me a key and said,you can your room your self.The food in the restaurant is awfull and the people working there, think you are disturbing them when you try to order. The hotel is outdated and the buildings are actually in such a bad condition that they should not been use as a hotelany more.Normally I accept things are notperfect when we talk a cheaper hotel but they actually charge you a good price so you can expect something. So just say one thing, donøt go there.

Vi startede med at få et værelse med én seng til 4 personer. Det fik vi heldigvis hurtigt byttet. Derefter fandt vi gammelt madaffald på værelset. I restauranten ventede vi over en time på vores morgenmad og også længe på aftensmaden. Men beliggenheden og udsigten er god, hvis man ikke bliver generet af flyvemaskiner

This place was amazing ! The staff was nice, food was good. But most of all , the location! This is the best beach on the island with coral reef right off shore! And a dining room and bar on the beach. I WILL RETURN :)

After reading the reviews i was hesitant about booking, but im glad I did ! The only complaint I had was about the tv having difficulties. Wouldnt go to any apps because I guess it needed to be reprogramed. That wasnt a problem because that was less of a distraction , maybe if it worked we wouldve stayed in more and watched tv lol. The beach was BEAUTIFUL ! Rooms was cleaned everyday without us having to ask. Staff was friendly, front desk clerk gave us walking directions to nearest store/market. I didnt stop at the resturant because the reviews complained about the service being slow. I did enjoy the bar thought! When it came to food, we ordered off the beach. Becareful about people on the beach though, its a PUBLIC beach so people do sell things. Especially when it comes to CHAIR RENTALS!! Dont rent chairs !! They are FREE! I would definitely return! It was a beautiful experience.

MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by real Caribbean residents! I've lived in St. John for 35 yrs, working mostly in hospitality. My 23yo daughter is now the chef of our restaurant in Coral Bay, and is willing to take taxis and ferries back & forth from East end of St. J the WEST end of St. T for our "Staycations" in an AUTHENTIC island resirt with a truly caring staff.

Lots of ants in room, play pen, bed. Beds were hard and lumpy. Staff was very slow and understaffed in the bar/ restaurant. Expect to wait an hour plus for food and drinks. Won’t be staying here again. The view was absolutely breath taking.

It’s right on the beach 🏖️; ease of transport if you don’t have a rental car, taxi-bus awaits. The bar/ restaurant has really great food, hail to the chef, very local taste.

The property is old and it shows. There was some trash left on the beach, but it was eventually cleaned up. This resort is definitely on island time. Room was clean and scenery was post card quality. My dealings with the staff were all friendly. Would definitely go back

The service is awful, like most customer service in usvi. The beds are old and uncomfortable. TV barely works. No hot water in shower even after contacting the front desk. Beautiful beach and close to the airport.

I wanted to love this vacation so much but it just wasn’t for me and that’s of no fault to the resort. I’ve never been to an island before so I tried to do as much research as I could and while the beaches and scenery are the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen, it came with downfalls. Water was obviously limited so you have to resort to buying bottled water during your stay which is easily accessible in vending machines, shops, restaurants. When we arrived, our room had little bugs all over in the bathroom, the beds/pillows were very uncomfortable and the sliding door in our room was broken- the front desk staff were absolutely amazing and upgraded our room at no charge to us and the new room was much better- nicer bed/pillows made the switch a much needed relief. The beach staff were very vocal and fought with each other as well as got into multiple verbal altercations with beach goers… LOTS of cussing and loud/foul music which made me thankful I wasn’t with my children there. When you pay to stay at a resort you expect a nice, relaxing vacation and while there were times it was calm, more often than not it was loud with a constant cloud of weed smoke in the air. When we called about the first room the front desk did mention they get a lot of complaints of weed smoking and loud music so they were aware of that situation. Staff are very friendly, resort is nice and the beach access was amazing as it didn’t seem there were many beach front resorts to choose from.

Our stay was Awesome as usual, my only concern, this stay, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, & we all know. Kitchen & bathroom are the main area that needs extra attention. 💃🍷

Great location. Beach was great. Wish they had a microwave. Place was clean, rooms were taken care of everyday. If u able to carry your suitcases up stairs make sure u ask for help. Wish they offered vegan menu for dinning in. Would stay again

I loved the property and how close it was to the beach. I believe adding shuttle service to the airport and back would make me stay more often. I will say the music blaring at 6am the roosters and dogs were definitely not my favorite part.

The property is really cute, in front of a beautiful beach. The staff was friendly, specially Paul who serves breakfast. Easy to walk around, close to the airport. The only thing I would suggest is that they have an area of used materials piled at the end of the last building 4 , I suggest all those materials to move it to another area, not visible to the guests. Other than that, I had a lovely stay and would stay again and recommend it!

Perfect location right near the airport- also recommend to visit Brewers bay near the university to see the turtles. Beachfront property, and saw pictures online saying the hotel was outdated, wasn’t my experience. Room was newly renovated with a great view of the ocean. Front desk staff extremely nice & restaurant didn’t have the best service. Perfect for a girls weekend trip. Loved it.

Took two hours to get a hamburger in the restaurant. Lots of trash around the pools and beach front. Shower had hot water OR cold water. Not both. Front desk staff lovely.

The food quality wasn't bad, but the restaurant was understaffed. It could really be helped in the morning if they had a coffee service, cuz that's what most people want. Instead everyone has to sit at tables and waiting for the one waiter to bring everything around. He was a nice guy and did his best, but he couldn't keep up. Lots of roosters and they start crowing at about 3:00 a.m. Beach umbrellas had an odd third party gatekeeping them, even though there was no charge, it was uncomfortable. Front desk staff and the swimming pool were probably the highlights.
