Bask in the sunshine on the the spacious deck or cool off in the heated pool. With 2 king beds, 1 Queen bed, and 4 single beds, our property is equipped to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Our cozy Florida cottage offers a fun and relaxing stay with plenty of amenities to make it your home away from home!

Relax and unwind in our private outdoor pool (heated ) and patio area, perfect for soaking up the sun and taking a refreshing dip in the water. Enjoy quality family time in the modern living area complete with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The huge (650 sq ft) Florida room is the crown jewel of this property and is the perfect space for the adults to hang out while the kids enjoy the pool. Our fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals and each of the 4 bedrooms are comfortable and stylishly appointed. Located between the beach and bustling city-canter, you’re just moments away from all the best local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Pool Heat is $40 per day

We utilize a doorbell camera as well as a security camera in the pool area at this home. Cameras are not monitored and in place for liability protection. There are no cameras inside. We use noise detection devises at this home. These alert the host and guests if excessive noise occurs for extended periods of time. If you have any questions let us know.

Our home is located in the south of Clearwater. The home offers easy access to all the best attractions Florida has to offer, from Dunedin (15 minutes away) and the iconic Blue Jays Spring Training Complex (6.5 miles away) to pristine Clearwater Beach (6 miles away) and the picturesque shores of Honey Moon Island (12.5 miles away). TPA airport is also just a 30-minute drive away, making this the perfect home base for your Florida getaway.
