The property will be renovating from November 3 2025 to December 20 2025 (completion date subject to change). When sanding floors it will be loud 9am-5pm. The following areas are affected:

-Hallway
-Lobby
-parking area
During renovations, the condo resort will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance
@ Schedule has 4th floor North side scheduled Dec 10-20 ( prices have been reduced for the inconvenience).
Arrival is very easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the North elevator to the 4th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your date approaches.
