"The property location was very convenient and it had private beach access. Check-in and out was simple. The condo was very clean and tidy. It needs some minor updating and maintenance. We didn’t realize this was a third floor condo until we arrived. There is no elevator, so it won’t be accessible for anyone with limited mobility or who cannot climb stairs. The parking was a bit tight especially for large vehicles like full size trucks and SUVs. Finally, we had a lovely time and would stay here...

"The condo is exactly as pictured. Clean and quiet! The porch/balcony is wonderful. We spent most mornings and evenings there. The beach was only a few steps away. There were plenty of beach items in the storage shed which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the sound machines in each bedroom was an added treat. There is no elevator on site but the top floor views were worth it. We had a much needed relaxing trip! We would definitely stay here again."

"The place was super clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was maybe 10 minutes, but being able to borrow the wagon and beach chairs from the host made it an easy walk. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this condo!"

"This weekend could not have been better due to the accommodations and amenities of Beach, Please! Steps To Ocean. They had all the things readily available for a nice secluded and romantic weekend getaway. We were minutes from downtown Carolina Beach and all restaurants and shops. The place was very neat and clean. No problems at all and will be coming again in the near future."

"The building has obviously been there for a while and has had its share of leaks, DIY upgrades, etc. However, it was well-equipped with everything necessary to cook full meals and enjoy a day on the beach. We were very comfortable for the long weekend and enjoyed the lovely view of the beach from the balcony. "

"The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Nicely updated and comfy. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the rocks and ocean. Not much of a beach this time of year apparently but the deck made up for that! Had everything we needed for our short stay. Would recommend!"

"Everything was exceptional except for the beach. The beach time was basically non existent, due to the erosion. We were not able to fine a place to get to the water. The sand was like a brick wall you had to jump down and back up. About two or three feet."

"We emailed and ask about the pool and where it was located due to having a key in the room and NEVER a response during the whole trip and still not a response to this day! We also felt like after paying a cleaning fee we should not have to wash laundry and do dishes for the maid before leaving! But we will book elsewhere next time. "

"My wife and I booked this stay 4 months in advance, looking forward to a stay after the crowds of summer had gone. Our stay was during Labor Day week and we were not disappointed. We could see the ocean from our 2nd floor room and walk to the water's edge in maybe 3-4 minutes. There are a few nice, neighborhood stores in easy walking distance that cater to most needs and offer basic dining and the shopkeepers are really friendly. Met several people in the neighborhood and they were friendly as...
