The ocean is so close, you'll hear every wave. It feels like standing on a ship—surrounded by water as far as you can see. Beach access straight out of your door.

    Ground-floor corner unit. Park 10 feet from your door. One guest referred to this as "Doris Day" parking. No stairs to haul luggage. No elevators to wait for. Unload, step inside, and you're home. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone who wants to wake up to sunrise over the Atlantic without leaving their pajamas.

Love this unit just a few steps and you are on the beach. The view from the porch of the beach is worth the stay. Very clean and hidden gem.

Love, love, love our time here! Parking was super convenient and the beautiful beach was right off the deck. I wish we could have stayed longer! We’re trying to come back in a couple of months.

2nd year coming to Kure Beach for my child's sand soccer and this location was perfect. Walking distance to fort fisher where the event was, nice private beach and everything you need for a perfect little get away.Will definitely be staying again here next year when we come back for sand soccer.

Our stay at the heart of the sea exceeded our expectations. Loved being on the first floor and having easy access to the beach. We loved watching the sunrise and we were also there to see the strawberry moon rise. Sitting on the balcony was our favorite. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive. We will love to visit again soon.

Our stay was fantastic! It was an easy check In process, the condo was beautiful and comfortable. It’s right on the beach and I loved the back porch. I would recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely book again!

Perfect spot for our family. The main level views and deck were amazing. It was breathtaking every time we stepped outside. Night walks are a must. I also could curl up in the swings and read all day. There are games that we enjoyed playing together after winding down for the night. Great water pressure in the showers. Also, the beach towels and supplies were a perfect touch. We do not want to leave!

Fantastic stay! Condo is better than described! The balcony, those hammock swings, that view!! Loved everything about our stay. We had everything we could need and more. The host had fabulous communication and recommendations for the area. We look forward to returning.

I was looking for a place for some ‘me’ time. This was the perfect spot. I will be back! I read, wrote, walked, napped, and relaxed to the sounds of the ocean just off the porch. Absolutely lovely!

We so enjoyed the covered deck being right on the ocean. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Assigned parking apace adjacent to the condo made unloading and loading easy. Small and large kitchen appliances all clean and in excellent working order. AC was great as well. We loved having a K cup coffeemaker for fast, fresh coffee on the go (host even provided some specialty k cup coffee pods!). Truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Love the location of this unit and enjoyed our stay! This was our second time visiting this unit. Steve has done a great job at making sure you are comfortable. Thanks for updating the water pressure in the shower! It’s the little things. :)

Our family will definitely come back. This place was close to everything we enjoy in the area. The condo was clean & had all the items we needed to have a relaxing vacation. We have a special needs boy & being on the 1st floor with easy access to the beach was great. One of the things that caught our attention was the fact that Kure beach seemed to have a lot less people as other beaches in the area. This gave us more choice for setting up our beach area. I recommend this place if you're considering a relaxing vacation. Steve will communicate quickly if you have any issues. He also will act to rectify anything. We're hoping to have him host us again at "The Heart of The Sea"!

This property was as described. The host. Steve was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. The Parking was excellent. Pool was great. The location was perfect. Could not get any closer to the beach. We stayed for three days celebrating my mother-in-law‘s 86th birthday. It was just perfect. I would definitely recommend staying there and we will be staying there again in the future.

We had the best time! I don’t think you can get any closer to the beach. The parking spot is excellent (right outside your door) The host was so nice. Listening to the waves was just wonderful and relaxing. We would definitely go back there. The ONLY thing missing was hair conditioner. Plenty of shampoo and body wash. Kitchen had everything! Very very clean.
