"My wife has very high standards and she was extremely impressed when we arrived at Little Coombe. It was immaculate, had everything we needed, very orderly, tidy, clean yet really homely and comfortable. The garden is great, amazing views and lovely and private. We have a dog and the garden has been secured with gates which really put our mind at rest. The location is absolutely fantastic. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk, St Ives is a 25 minute walk, the train station is a 5 minute walk,...

The location of the property is perfect for a beach holiday.Tate St Ives is right on the doorstep and the Barbara Hepworth Museum is a short walk away. Everything St Ives has to offer is a short walk from the house, including fabulous bakeries shops and restaurants. "

"Only drawback really was it opens onto a busy-ish road. Parking nearby on Station Hill was fine (make sure your handbrake works). One or two little niggles sorted out quickly by the property manager Alex (thanks Alex!)"

"House exactly as described. Very clean and beds super comfy. 10 mins down to beach or train station via narrow wooded pathways, with steps in places. 30 mins or so walk to St Ives depending on your fitness/walking speed. We did this most days and often walked back too; again steep in places but lots of benches to catch breath if needed. With Carbis and St Ives there’s always an uphill (often steep) walk at some point but totally worth it for the views. The house has fantastic ones. Tesco also...
