The open plan living area boasts floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors framing the sea views. Featuring jewel-toned sofas, a large wood burner and Smart TV, the living room is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Feeling competitive? Enjoy a game of table football provided in the utility area. Unleash your inner chef in the sleek and stylish kitchen, fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, a spacious fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is a further utility room with a combi washer/dryer. The dining area provides seating for six.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and an ensuite with walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom boasts sea views and great flexibility with a zip and link bed which can be configured as a king bed or two single beds on request. The third bedroom is also fitted with a zip and link bed. This bed can be made up as either a super king bed or two single beds. The family bathroom offering a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
