"The reception manager was arrogant and took no responsibility for the mistake that their system had done regarding loosing some letters of my name and therefore not being able to find my booking."

"The rooms are very nice and I appreciate the free parking. The location is in driving distance to everything and very close to the airport. The planes were loud and at some point they took off every 2 minutes. That’s ok but I could hear everything going on in the room next to me - it felt we were in the same room. I chose the hotel because of their pool facilities. We’ll one of 3 areas was closed and I did not appreciate paying 3 usd for a cup of ice to go with my already expensive beverage....
