Courtyard St. Cloud
The staff and hotel was wonderful. However there was a person who was screaming in the alley behind the hotel that could be heard on the 8th floor. Not the property's fault, but disappointed this wasn't resolved faster (went on over an hour).

We had two rooms. Both had maintenance issues. One had a toilet that wouldn't fill with water and a TV remote that didn't function. The other had a shower that wouldn't get hot. Between the two rooms, we had one complete room. When I went to the front desk, I was informed that the hotel was booked ...

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Cloud West, MN
The Breakfast was mediocre, I was underwhelmed by the lack of quality. The rooms were very clean and the property was clean. Staff were kind and pleasant.
