"It was an absolutely lovely stay. My room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the hotel as it's on a little street off of the Piazza and google was showing it on the Piazza. It is close to everything but away from the crowds. Lots of good food options close by. All in all a wonderful stay."

"Breakfast is included, small but delicious selection. Staff was great. Rooms are nice. I stayed in a single room, perfect size for just myself. In a good location, everything that you would want to do is in perfect walkable distance. Even the places that are further away, it really doesn’t feel all that long while you’re walking through Venice. "

Lige fra vores ankomst, til afrejse var servicen i top og intet at sætte en finger på.
Vi fik det skønneste værelse med udsigt til haven og morgenmaden var der også et stort udvalg af.
Kommer helt sikkert tilbage til dette hotel og vil give min største anbefaling.

"Vi havde 2 dejlige overnatninger hos B&B Vista sul Canal Grande. Vi kommunikerede med Laura på forhånd og hun tog imod os ved ankomst. Fik en fin velkomst og introduktion og kunne selv vælge morgenmad til næste dag. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker og der var rigeligt. Vi gik på en af Lauras anbefalede restauranter og fik lækker mad og god service.

"The level of care by the staff was outstanding. Truly five star experience. From arranging transfers to accommodating our needs they were incredible. Beds were a bit firm for our taste but we still slept like babies after busy days touring."

"Great stay! We got an upgrade, which was nice indeed, but I'd expect all rooms to have same great atmosphere as ours did. The breakfast is of the standard continental type, but well made and with a nice selection. Situated in the centre of Venice with a 15 minute walk to Sct. Marks sq, most of the important sites are reachable by foot. Highly recommend and I would love to return at a later time."

Værelset var pænt og rent, dog var brusekabinen lidt lille og svær at bruge for en fuldvoksen mand. Desuden var wifi-forbindelsen noget svingende. Men alt i alt et flot hotel, med imødekommende medarbejdere og en skøn beliggenhed. "

"I'm a positive person who stays in hotels a good 25-30 nights a year, and I very rarely post negative reviews. However, this place was simply not a 4-star experience. Although the location is very good and the building itself is beautiful, there were simply too many things that were not up to standard in this category.
My room had a moldy smell and the toilet didn't flush (then they fixed it, then it wouldn't stop flushing, then they fixed it again... that sort of thing). WIFI coverage was terrible, and the room had only one electrical outlet, placed nowhere near a table or other flat surface. The TV couldn't change channels - the remote was broken, it seemed.
The hotel has no coffee- or tea-making facilities for guests, and there's not even a bottle of water in the room. When you ask for one, they charge it to your room. Several staff members were patronizing to me when I asked them simple practical questions, and I just generally felt unwelcome there. Especially the person in charge of the breakfast was unfriendly, upholding some petty unhospitable rule about "only one cup of coffee per person". Not a place I enjoyed. I can't recommend it.. "
