"Overall pretty decent rental. The only issues were the folks above the rental having ‘adult time’ at 3am every night and waking us up. Another thing is there was no cleaning supplies accessible. After shucking corn and cooking dinner I had to sweep the floor with a tourist pamphlet and a paper towel, a broom at minimum would have been great. Final issue is I slipped on the stairs twice because the carpet covering them was not properly installed and was very loose so watch your step. "

"Definitely a mini studio but great location particularly for a solo traveler. Close to light rail and restaurants. Great communication and easy access to property. "

"My daughter, my mom and I went stayed here for a softball tournament. Great location for the fields that we played at. The description of the property is very accurate. Lessley was very responsive if anything was needed. Plenty of street parking as well. "

" Nice condo! Thoughtful amenities. The outside sitting area was GREAT! My husband and I spent a lot of time sitting out there, talking and reconnecting. The ONLY two issues were the ceilings were low for my 6’4 husband and the stairs, because he’s disabled. But we made it work and we enjoyed our stay! The bed and couch are extremely comfortable. I’d recommend this place! "
