The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden...

"Beautiful home in a peaceful location a bit back in the woods away from the main road. Daily visit from a local doe and my daughter even saw a fox. Everything was cozy and comfortable. Easy check-in and the home has everything you would need. Bedrooms were comfortable and shower water pressure and heat was great. Strong WiFi signal. And communication with the owner was always quick and easy. Highly recommend! "

"What an amazing experience! I would recommend anyone doing this. The boat is just the right size for 2 people wanting to get away, relax and enjoy all that Maine has to offer! The Marina staff are wonderful as well! There are pots for lobsters, clams and even crabs that they let you use along with grills as well! Being from Maine, I can tell you this was an experience of a lifetime!"

"First off, Eric our host was great! As a VRBO host myself I’ve learned some great ideas! Second, the location worked perfectly. At first it seemed isolated but it was refreshingly quiet and cozy. We were just minutes away to a Ferry that was important to us meeting up with family. Grocery was near by, SW Harbor for restaurants and shopping. I also recommend NE Harbor and the Nor’easter for fresh seafood at reasonable prices. The also hiked in Acadia just a short walk away which was a fabulous...

"House was clean and lawn was mowed. Those are the positives.Landscaping is untended and overgrown everywhere. Entrance to the house is through the garage which is still half filled with trash. Hot tub abandoned, gas fireplace disconnected. Pool is gone and the deck has a slapped together fence where the pool used to be. It is clear that the owners/management company did as little as possible to turn this from a home to a rental, left a bunch of random stuff in the garage and basement and...
