"House was very spacious and nice but was not extremely clean, dishwasher, washer, and kitchen appliances all had a strong odor to them. Other than that our stay was great!"

"Beds were comfortable, game room was great as well as the hot tub. Kitchen could be cleaner but amenities adequate. Location offered fun for several in our group. Driveway could use some maintenance. Cleanliness of the garage wasn’t as good as it could’ve been!Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this property."

"We had a great stay. The home comfortably accommodated 12 people (8 adults and 4 children) and was well-equipped. The property is located in a beautiful area—close to restaurants, the Sunday River, and hiking trails.The main issue was that the property is most likely used during the winter months, so there were a couple of cleanliness concerns we had to call the property manager about. "The price is high, password to WiFi is doesn't work, it is VERY VERY VERY HOT without central AC system, the screen sliders doesn't work.Otherwise, all good."

"Deserves ten stars!! Wonderful view of the lake (and the loons!). We enjoyed the Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and swimming right off the dock. The house is beautiful with very comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a nice washer and dryer. The game room and hot tub were special bonuses!!"
