"The host was very welcoming. The facility was okay, very decorative; however there are so many decorative things, that there is no room to put your necessities with an a reach. The same problem in the bathroom, no space by the sink. We were expecting a fully equipped kitchen, as my husband likes to cook. We had to go out to eat daily. The dishes in the pantry were dirty, had to clean the coffee pot because it was dirty. Same thing with the utensils. Very importantly, older and disabled persons...

"We were in town for Air Force basic training graduation. Staff was very helpful in terms of updates right from check in as there were some changes due to weather. Staff opens up breakfast early on BMT graduation days to accommodate early delay to the base. Hotel is just minutes from the Valley Hi gate which is very convenient. Unfortunately elevator was down during our stay but staff did allow for fully refunded cancellation for those that could not/would not use the stairs while the elevator...

"We were near a short drive to Downtown and Riverwalk. The hotel was conveniently near many shopping centers, places to eat, even near a movie theater. Breakfast nice and hot did I mention delicious! Will definitely recommend and stay again."
