"We really enjoyed both the size, layout, and location of this house. It is in an extremely quiet neighborhood right next to the Botanical Garden. It was almost eerily quiet at night - great for sleeping for us and for our young one. The house was clean and the host was attentive. I would recommend staying here and will consider it again for my next stay. "

"Bad neighborhoodDeadbolt lock did NOT work ( i have a video to prove it). The host lacked hospitality to say the least and argued me about the lock. They refused to give us any refund even though we left within the first hour of being there due to feeling unsafe in the surroundings environments and had to go book a hotel for the 4 days we had booked for the VRBO. "
