"arrived at property around 4:30pm(check in time 4:00pm)and could not get into house with code provided to me. tried calling owner a couple of times, no response. called vrbo and there answer to the problem was to send me a link for a hotel for the night until the owner responded. we had 18 people in our stay, and needed to be at Laklin AFB at 7:00 am for my grandsons graduation from bootcamp.
