► This house is in the heart of it all! This is an active urban setting, located central/downtown conveniently right off the highway. If outdoor traffic noise 🚚 is an issue this may not be a fit for you.
► Early or late check-in/out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

***PETS***IMPORTANT***PLEASE READ
We love hosting our furry friends. Pets are allowed up to 3 pets. There is a $75 pet fee per pet. If coming with pets, please list during reservation. AFTER RESERVATION is confirmed we will request the pet fee. For guests staying for a month or longer a $350 pet fee will be collected. Pet Policy

If your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the city.

►Booking Cancellations - If guest decides to cancel within the cancelation policy, guest will be refunded as outlined in the policy minus PAYMENT GATEWAY PROCESSING FEES. These fees will NOT be refunded as they are out of our control and charged by STRIPE Payment Processing System.

Our guests` health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.

The following taxes will be collected at booking:
City of San Antonio Hotel Tax: 9%
Bexar County Hotel Tax: 1.75%
State of Texas Hotel Tax: 6%

Stays longer than 30 nights are exempt from paying the taxes above.

NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE HOME
$250 fee will be charged for remediation. If the house smells of smoke or cigarette butts/etc are left. Smoking is allowed outdoors.

DO NOT unplug home network router, wifi, or exterior cameras. Any attempt to disconnect will result from immediate eviction from property.

MAIL
Please do not use home address to receive mail, it will be returned.

Pet Requirements - Pets must be:
- Up-to-date on vaccinations required by state law
- Free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas
- Clean and well groomed
- House-trained
- Obedient, well-socialized and with no history of biting, excessive barking, chasing or aggressive behavior

Pet Owner Responsibilities - Pet owners must agree to:
- Be 100% responsible for their pet’s behavior, well-being and hygiene at all times
- Clean up after their pet immediately any time the outdoor pet relief area is used or an accident occurs
- Ensure their pet is not left unattended for long periods of time at the property
- Watch your pet outdoors (while we have a fenced backyard we cannot be held liable for pets getting out through holes or under fence)
- Not allow pets on furniture
- Be legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet
- Prior to checking out of the property, cleanup after my pet to not leave behind a need for excessive cleaning
