Lejlighedshoteller i Southern Suburbs

"Handy alternative if in southern suburbs. Mix of long term residents and short term rentals. On site Café had good offering. Safe, good value for money. "

"No aircondition in the rooms so if coming from Europe book elsewhere. There were a lot of cockroaches as well. The placing is perfect right next to main road"

"The curtain is very old and tearing off, sofa and bed not comfy, sunken down, corrosion pot, shower not flowy"

"Super nice"

"Value for money, good location but a bit noisy"

"An exceptional property, with a wonderful vibe. Easy walking to multiple food locations, and easy ride hailing options make everywhere accessible. Amazing view of the mountain!"

"A great central hotel, only just opened and some of the finishing looks a little rough. We very much enjoyed our stay but the acoustics are really bad, very thin doors so people moving around the corridors late at night did disturb us. It's a great location and base of you are out and about a lot exploring the city "

"Great place"

"I loved staying there. My room had everything I needed, including a washing machine, which was a lifesaver since I’d just come from another trip. The location was great with tons of places to eat and Sea Point promenade nearby. The staff were so sweet, and I felt totally safe the whole time as a female traveling solo."

"This place was perfect! It had an amazing view. Everything I needed for cooking. Patrick and the staff were most helpful, They brought us clean towels, a vase for flowers. A container to take the excess food I cooked. This is unusual where I’m from you get the place but no service. This was a 5 star experience at a great price!"

"Very friendly and security staff"

"Rar og indbydende atmosfære. Diskret rengøring og hyggelige lejligheder med alt hvad du behøver. WiFi-forbindelsen er meget ustabil, og parkeringsvagterne har ikke forstået reglerne for parkering, hvis du er hotelgæst, men ellers et meget behageligt ophold i en meget behagelig og central del af byen."

"First the parts I didn’t like. This was the apartment side of the hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment. There were two bathrooms. One had a shower, another had a tub with no shower, it was a surprise. They were both dark compared to the rest of the apartment which opened to a beach/ocean/lagoon view and very bright and beautiful. The apartment itself was quite dated and seemed to need a deep cleaning or five. The lights were bright florescent and not warm colors, made the whole apartment look...
