"Street noise"

"Love the Luxuria apartments, this being the second time I've stayed. The couch and bed is comfortable, the apartment is in a great location for getting around the CBD and out to suburbs via public transport. Always spotless, well with the kitchen and pantry having a variety of equipment for cooking for yourself. Close to Cole's and Woolworths Metro plus some smaller IGA and convenience stores. "

"Vi boede der 5 nætter, og vil til enhver tid anbefale disse lejligheder til andre. South Yarra og Prahran er et skønt område med masser af gode restauranter og hyggelige butikker. Lejligheden var moderne indrettet med stort badeværelse og vaskemaskine/tumbler. Eneste minus var det sporadiske internet (men ikke værre end på de fleste hoteller) og at bygningen ved siden af, var en byggeplads (men på den anden side af lejlighedskomplekset)"

"The place was grotty - the front door was dirty and had smudge marks all over it - a regular wipe down wouldn't kill any one to do. It gave an impression of what will it be like inside. And yes the impression from the door confirmed it. The coffee table was old and had the under-the-table screws bulging the above surface. "Ideally located for us as we were working at the MCEC, plus points are location, roomy apartment, full kitchen and washing machine with a seperate dryer. Unfavourable points are it is on the first floor, right opposite a busy railway line and tram stop, so a bit noisy, but it is in the city, so maybe you expect that.
