"Poor communication and disappointing experienceUnfortunately, our experience with this booking was not positive. After reserving the property, we encountered an issue and tried to contact both the host and Vrbo right away. Communication from the host was unhelpful and we never received check-in or access instructions. In the end, we were unable to stay at the property and were disappointed by the lack of flexibility and support."

"The ceilings are very low as you enter the basement , I hit my head ( 6 foot 3" ) the pathway to the door is loose gravel , and the gate was a challenge The fridge freezer was very old , and the freezer was frozen shut , (so no way to freeze my freezer packs for my lunch the next day) The fridge was very loud as well, couldn't hear the tv over the racket There is a small step as you enter the bedroom , which I tripped over in the dark...need some signs up for ceiling and step Need signage...

"The stay was good and it was quiet for the most part. The area was clean, shoes were not allowed in the unit. The kitchen had cookware and such. Minimal condiments. The TV remote was broken so we had no volume on the TV and had to turn it on manually. We synced our phone to the Netflix movie we were watching for the sound. "
