"The room and property were amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The on site food options were also great.
The only negative was that we were randomly charged on our credit card and we don’t know why? (No damages and did not include the deposit fee). Other than that it was great."

"I booked this hotel for a getaway for my son and I specifically because it advertised as having an outdoor pool and the weather was beautiful. Upon arrival, I was incredibly disappointed to find out the pool was closed. To make matters worse, each person at the front desk had a different excuse (the pump was broken, they were waiting on an inspection, it was my fault for not asking if they had an outdoor pool and my favourite "its a seasonal pool and July isnt the season we open the pool").
