"The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit."

"The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood which makes for a great night's sleep. The home is very clean and has everything you'd need for a weekend stay. The instructions to gain access to the suite were confusing. I called the owner and he helped me figure it out. One of my guests, who arrived without me, couldn't open the door using the original instructions - she ended up sleeping in her car for a few hours until I showed up to help her figure it out. "It was a great 1 bedroom condo with everything you need and more. It was clean, modern and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the host was very quick to respond. I will consider returning to this unit for my next trip to Canmore. "
