We were disappointed not to use the hot tub or grill, as the hot tub smelled of mildew, and the grill and grilling utensils (which were left outside on the grill) were dirty. The front porch needed a good sweeping. The inside of the apartment was clean enough. The kitchen was well supplied, and included a full sized refrigerator.
