"Excellent location within walking distance of light rail (fast to Chicago city center), parks, shopping, and the industry museum. The kitchen was very functional and bathroom was is good order. Beds were made with plenty of pillows. Only negative was some of walls were scuffed up and the washing machine's in another area of the building. If you're taking a car, the street parking can be challenging. Otherwise, very good."

"The space itself is well thought out and felt comfortable. The room was clean and organized. Like all older buildings in Chicago, the air conditioner had mold on it and the hallways were gross - smelled strongly of marijuana. However, I felt safe and the area is beautiful. This place is a great option if you are doing something at the U of Chicago. If you want practical, this is great. If you want shiny, look elsewhere. The host was excellent."

"Without coming off too harsh or unfair this is definitely a “get what you pay for accommodation”. I was in town for work and excited to find a reasonably priced space with good ratings and walking distance to the conference. Shame on me for not verifying the ratings.
