The Space:

This fully furnished studio features an open, well-designed layout that feels comfortable and functional. The sleeping area includes a cozy bed with fresh linens, positioned to create a sense of separation while keeping the space open.



A compact yet fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette includes essential appliances, cookware, and dining basics for easy meals at home.



The private bathroom is stocked with towels and basic toiletries, and ample storage throughout the studio helps keep everything organized. Ideal for solo travelers or couples, the space is thoughtfully laid out to make your stay easy and relaxing.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire studio apartment during their stay. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and any in-unit amenities.



Kindly note that our heating and cooling systems are adjusted according to the season. We provide air conditioning during the warmer months and heating when the weather gets colder. Thank you for your understanding!

You’re just minutes from Lake Michigan, Jackson Park, and the iconic Museum of Science and Industry, making it easy to enjoy green space, lakefront paths, and cultural attractions. Dining spots like Valois, Medici, and neighborhood coffee shops are close by, giving guests an authentic Chicago experience in a welcoming, walkable setting.



Getting Around:

Hyde Park is easy to navigate with a variety of transit options nearby. Several CTA bus routes run along 55th Street, Hyde Park Boulevard, and surrounding avenues, providing convenient access throughout the neighborhood and into downtown Chicago. The Metra Electric Line is within walking distance and offers a quick, direct ride to the Loop.

If you’re driving, street parking is generally available, and major roads make getting in and out of the neighborhood straightforward.

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
