"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"This was a lovely guest suite in a beautiful home. It is extremely spacious. It has two dining room rooms a large bedroom, and a living room area. However, it does not actually have a kitchen. "The property and its location was great it was exactly as advertised. The property manager was really good to communicate with and allowed us to check in early meaning no one was there prior to our stay. Only thing that I thought was ridiculous is they have a nice on site parking spot behind the unit but they charge you $20 a day for it meanwhile the city parking lot next to the unit was $10 a day.
