Hostels i South Dublin

"Worst experience on a hotel/hostel ever. Misleading pictures, misleading info. Off to a good start. The receptionist was welcoming. Then we get a room where the floor planks were almost coming apart. The mattresses were okay, but the pillows were thin as paper. The room had a can of water, a dolce coffee machine and mugs. There was something in the water (looked like food leftovers). On Hotels.com the pictures of the bedroom is close to being 100% identical. But it’s a photoshopped kitchen...

"High 5 euro surcharge for towels. Keycards rarely worked. We were also not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation and hallways were filled with painting tarps, painters, and the paint smell. Using the elevator was a hassle and required going up and down multiple stairs and through the entire floorplan."

"Got it and gave me the wrong key. Aside from that it was clean and good."

"Was only here for one night, and it was my first time at a hostel, so consider that. The room was quiet and the guests were respectful, but the shower and bathrooms were not well maintained and dirty. I found the staff was fine, but not helpful or pleasant. The surrounding area is convenient and well placed. Maybe it was fine as far as hostels go, but I won’t be staying here again."

"Cozy stay in a “space capsule”. No towels even though it said in the description when booking. Nice central to everything "

"Jeg forstår det ikke....."

"Excellent hostel, good beds. Nice staff. Fine location to temple Bar without being too close. Poor breakfast but OK."
