"Communication was very frustrating as despite messaging via Hotels.com (once it had been booked - 3 months before our stay)and then later by a bit of detective work emailing directly. This was just to get details i.e. postcode, info re local places to eat etc, the first communication was at 5.45pm on the day of check in i.e. after the check in time of 2pm. Really great hotel with a different approach. Great - yet - small room with great design solutions.
Overall awesome features at the hotel, social cooking option in common kitchen, movie theater, gym, laundry and social area.
