Lejligheder i South Denver

"we didn't stay"

"The location was terrific for walking to great parks, the Botanical Gardens, Cherry Creek shopping and dining. The host was quick to answer our questions. In any other season, it would have been a better choice for me. My big mistake was, as a southern girl used to air conditioning, failing to notice that the unit did not have A/C. The temps were over 100 degrees while we were in Denver and it would have been much more tolerable to have had a at least a couple of nice sized box fan for both...

"Great location, easy access. Convenient parking. Clean property. Wonderful decor."

"Love staying here."

"This place is a motel in a neighborhood that can hear police chasing sirens couple times during the night. Strong smell of weed outside of building. floor is sticky, pillow is yellowish."

"We enjoyed our stay here! Cozy and the host thought of everything for personal touches. Plenty of towels, fresh milk, eggs, and bagels a wonderful touch! Tastefully decorated. Excellent communication with host throughout!"

"Staff genuinely cared about making sure guests enjoyed their time here which says loads about them honestly never felt ignored nor overwhelmed waiting upon queries brought up either so kudos anyone seeking decent accommodations definitely consider booking future visits elsewhere provided fits needs!!"

"The apartment was small but comfortable. Pretty exact to the description provided. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to rest well. Host was nice and communicated parking needs. Overall great stay."

"Solo trip made easy thanks to good location. Got around without any issues."

"Quiet place with comfy beds. Easy check-in too."

I would stay here again, because of the great host, reasonable price, and the location. If you want to see a concert at the Ball Arena or Redrocks, it is very close to the both of them. This place is also...

"Nice place"

"Aj was super friendly to interact with, straightforward and overall a great host."

"The property is small, but clean, well equipped, and located close to many attractions. The owners are attentive if you need anything. It is very clean and appears to be a relatively newer build.I would recommend if there are only 2 people in your party. We enjoyed our stay."

"As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really...
