"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

"Our 5 day stay was great. We loved all of the friendly, hard-working staff who helped us with many small requests. Beds comfortable, rooms so clean, hotel very secure and safes in rooms. The indoor attached valet parking was very convenient. Breakfasts are simple, so bring your own fruit or bagel toppings if you like those things. We also enjoyed a nearby restaurant for dinner."
