Villaer i South Bass Island

"Staff was asleep at the desk when we arrived. The toilet did not work and no one answered the emergency number. Bathroom is extremely small, floors were sticky, a/c unit was loud. Damp and musty in the room. Shower curtain was too short."

"The room was very nice and clean. Couldn't get the TV to work. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"Property was clean and well maintained. Nice view of water from balcony room"

"Not recommended. No mini fridge, no microwave, smallest TV ever, dirty, falling apart . I have visited Put-in-Bay 3 times . The first 2 times I stayed at the Put-in-Bay resort and conference center which is way better. This hotel is the worst. The sink was blocked. They came up and removed the stopper, then insects came in and out. Toilet seat was dirty on the sides upon arrival. Toilet is old and the seat bangs loud when you close it. There were insects on the bathroom door. There is no tub....

"Lots of dead bugs on the porch. Bathroom didn't seem like it was cleaned... It was nice to have a pool but it needed to be cleaned. Nice to have the burger place on the property, that guy was awesome. I had to park on the grass even though I was told that I would have a dedicated spot for parking. Maybe more signage to show where golf carts are allowed to park vs cars. Price changed on the original room we looked at purchasing. Should have pulled the trigger sooner I guess. That's certainly on...

"Everything was great"

"We loved the lake view, pools, hot tub, coffee and tiki bar on site!"

"The beds were very comfortable, and the view was amazing! We were under the impression that because it was a VRBO that it would have the amenities of a typical VRBO, like coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby either. Only for purchase. There was also a tip envelope in the room with the housekeeper's name on it, just like in a hotel, but the room did not get cleaned while we stayed. No linens, trash removal, extra toilet paper, tissues etc. "
