"The house is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was available easily and answered all questions in a timely manner. We loved walking to see the animals up the road and sitting out back watching the water. Definitely a 10/10!! A few notes: If you want dinner or drinks at the hotel up the road, call to see if you can reserve a table as they typically only serve hotel guests. "We had an amazing stay at the house! Our favourite parts were the beautiful view from the living room and the jacuzzi. There are also many things to do in the area, wether you want to go hiking or visit Bergen. The house could use a little more storage, but otherwise it was great!"

"This is a great apartment in Bergen. Very convenient yet very quiet. My biggest complaint is the website says there is a clothes dryer. THERE IS NOT A CLOTHES DRYER IN THE APARTMENT!!! We thought there was a washer/dryer combination but it turned out to only be a washer. No directions were available in English but we googled the model and found directions online. We would not have stayed here if we had known there wasn't a dryer in the apartment but we managed. Ever dry clothes with a hair...

"Fairly basic flat, clean and has everything you need. Up above the road so sitting outside on a nice evening has a great view. Owner lives upstairs and is very helpful. Beds comfy and good shower. Very friendly local cat comes to visit. About 25 minutes drive to centre of Bergen and loads of good walking and fjord swimming places within 20 minutes drive max. Thoroughly recommend for 10 days exploring."

"Started out poorly. We were approved and paid for early checkin. When we got to the house we walked into the bedroom and there were people in the bed. We scared them to death! When we finally checked in 7 hours later, the house had not been sufficiently cleaned. There were crumbs on the floor and hair in the shower. The stairs are also extremely narrow, winding and slippery. Not ideal for large or older guests. The beds are up against the walls so someone has to climb over the other to get up....
