"I thought the staff there were wonderful. The front desk was helpful and check in was easy. The breakfast/kick back staff were so friendly and attentive (also we love the kick back at the Drury's). It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "
