Easy parking, close to public transport, 30 minute walk into city center. Staff friendly, not very talkative as in confirming reservation details and asking how the stay was. Clean room and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast included and was fine to start the day.

Wonderful service at front desk - I advised I had an early train and they organized a bagged breakfast for me as I was leaving before the breakfast room was open. The location is just meters from the train station which is good but the area around the train station could use upgrades. No fault of the hotel.

The best feature of this property is the staff. We especially commend Nicolay who helped us with side trip arrangements and worked to answer any questions about food, transportation, etc. however all staff members did their best to help us out. The property is not in the center of town. We used public transport, which is cheap and well-run. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Our stay at the Best Western Terminus was pleasant. The staff was nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location wasn’t the greatest and sometimes felt a little unsafe, especially at night but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Comfortable hotel very near train and bus station and trams and subway. Center is only 10 minutes by tram and 20-25 minutes walking. Staff was helpful and recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby.

Connivence to the train cant be understated, you can get to the airport in 30 mins or less. Lots of small restaurants, bakeries and cash exchange places and a few grocery stores make dining an easy cheap prospect

easy to reach from airport by metro - one change then a short walk under the tram stop. quick friendly efficient check in - modern large room with large bathroom - HVAC worked well all the time as temp was -20C overnight. great breakfast with all you could reasonaby want. excellent transport connections - lots of buses and trams stop outside, many others in fromt of the reain/bus station both a couple of minutes away via underground access if yiu don't like crossing the main road. terrific restaurant next door but one - open to 11pm with great prices and good food - called " B 1 " thoroughly recommended

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the station and other transports and was very pleasantly surprised with all the other bonuses. It is a great small hotel with good breakfast and absolutely superb service. Staff is just fantastic. Also, if you are going to tours or hiring a car is one of the very few hotels in the city that has a car park. I highly recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at the Best Western Terminus Hotel in Sofia exceeded expectations. The hotel's strategic location near the station and a convenient tram stop right outside made exploring the city hassle-free. The breakfast spread offered plenty of choices. Notably, the rooms were spotless. What set this hotel apart was the incredibly helpful and kind staff, making my stay memorable and comfortable. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in Sofia.

POSIZIONE: Struttura situata vicino alla Stazione Ferroviaria Centrale di Sofia, inoltre ci sono vicino la fermata della metropolitana linea M2 e tranvia e bus. CAMERA: L’insonorizzazione della stanza non è sufficiente, si sente tranvia e schiamazzi di altri ospiti nel corridoio. Il bagno non aveva uno scalda salviette, quindi accappatoio e asciugamano non si asciugavano. Il phone in dotazione è antico, tanto rumore e poca resa. Letto comodo, materasso bello alto. SERVIZI: servizio di pulizia scarso, ho trovato i capelli della persona che veniva a pulirmi la stanza. Può capitare ma non 3 giorni di seguito. Inoltre il letto non veniva sistemato, tiravano su solamente le coperte. La colazione è minimal, potrebbe esserci qualcosa in più. Lo staff delle colazioni deve necessariamente parlare in inglese, perché se ho una richiesta deve essere soddisfatta.

Fantastic hotel
Ftaff are fantastic: lovely, friendly and helpfully. Breakfast was good but not perfectly. Location has good connections to different public transport.

Check in was brilliant. I dont know his name unfortunately. But he was so helpful and gave me some very useful advise. With metro and tram right next door its really easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again

Area around the hotel was not wonderful but it was an easy walk to the centre and we felt safe. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful.
