"Fik en noget overfladisk velkomst. Der blev oplyst at det var vigtigt at man laaste begge laase til vaerelset, men laasen paa haandtaget var meget svaer at indstille. Laasen var tydeligt klar til udskiftning. Medarbejderne blev foerst "smilende" i loebet af opholdet. "We can't say enough good about this wonder place! Everything was five star. The hostess was very helpful and caring, giving great tips for all our activities. The home cooked breakfasts were a very nice touch. The property is extremely well designed for guest comfort. The location is very central to all the fun too. So, whether we were out enjoying the island or taking breaks in the heat, Vieques Biobay B&B made our stay truly epic. Thank you."

"Complete lack of communication and terrible customer service. Staying at Trade Winds was an absolute headache due to constant miscommunication and unhelpful staff. I emailed prior to arrival regarding early check-in and was told it was possible. When we arrived 4 hours early, the front desk told us early check-in was "never possible," but said they’d email us if the room opened up. "We had a wonderful stay at Blue Horizon Boutique Resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. The location is hard to beat—right on the beach, with beautiful ocean views and the unforgettable experience of waking up to wild horses roaming the property. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vieques."

"Our room was cleaned each day-plenty of travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just had to get use to 2 hand towels & 2 bath towels per day. The staff was very friendly, helpful & there was alway someone on staff who spoke English. We were able to book a ferry ride to St. Barth at the front desk-took less than 10 minute to do & stress free. Breakfast was the same each day and had a good variety for all-hot food was scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, ham & cheese. There were oats & I think...
