"Enclosed and special property with Gazebo Bar, patios, outdoor fireplaces, rocking chairs, and a delicious restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Love the vibe, decor and friendly helpful staff. Safe and clean which is of course expected. Walking distance to everything but on the edge of Historic Wilmington, just blocks from the river/ riverwalk.
Would recommend to anyone visiting Wilmington. Has to be the best place in town! "

"Staff was friendly, lobby is spaciousness with plenty of seating. Check in was great. They gave us an extra parking pass for the day for my friends son who was visiting with us for the day which I thought was awesome. It’s walkable to everything downtown. The beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. I would def stay again. "

"My family recently spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and our room was clean as well. Sugo, which is the restaurant inside of this hotel was absolutely phenomenal. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I'm in town. Be aware that you will need to bring a cooler as there is not a fridge in these rooms. "

"Excellent location and definitely get the parking pass for the vehicle. Everything was terrific except the bed. Not able to move without making my husband move or him me, felt like a waterbed! Plus big hole in the center of mattress was sucking us in and let’s just say not maybe one hour of sleep.
