Hoteller nær The Cotton Exchange

"The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,...

"My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. "Enjoyable stay with helpful staff. Kind of tucked away but I liked that."

"This hotel was great! The room was not super spacious but had everything we needed. Very clean & comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice too."

"The check-in person was great, it was midnight before we got there and he got us checked in right away. The room was great."

"A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely."

Cause no one likes to take a cold shower when it is cool outside."

I was given a studio suite when I payed for and booked a true suite with a separate bedroom. They then sent me to THREE (3) different rooms and it was still a studio suite every time. On the final try, they finally got me into a one bedroom suite. Mind you I was dragging my toddler, cat, and luggage with me every time. They tried...
