We stayed in November 2024 for the first time. We came back in April 2026 to a totally different hotel it seems.
We booked exactly the same type of room. We paid $555 for 2 nights, which is not EXACTLY CHEAP. The room stank of cheap toilet cleaner the entire time. Impossible to breathe. My husband and son are both very sensitive to any type of smell. The bathroom was tiny and with rusty detailing. No spacious studio, no step in shower, as it was clearly pointed out in the description (with photos). The carpeting was disgusting to even look at, let alone step onto. A lot of water damage in the bathroom from up top. NO air whatsoever. I woke up the first night because I was literally suffocating. The breakfast was not up to par to say the least. The couch was impossible to sit on. It felt as if we were landing on the floor each time. The chair was also all stained and obviously filthy. And there was no cleaning of the room at noon. As I said, it is a totally different place we returned to. On top of it, When I came to the kitchen at 4 am someone was yanking our door handle. They came back in 45 minutes again and yanked it again. Also, it looked like someone was trying to get into our car at night through the trunk. Never again. Disappointed. I wish I could get refunded for all this unpleasantness. Photo evidence attached.
