"Family friendly hotel and the staff is accommodating, especially Kenyatta at the front desk. Kids loved the short walk to the beach and then afterward the pool and lazy river. The pools were crowded but it's peak season so expected. Room was an ocean- front room with such a beautiful view. We were on the 11th floor. Room service was prompt. Dinner downstairs in their restaurant was meh but the waitress was awesome! The only thing I didn't like was having to cross the busy street with my kids to...

"The only concern is the showers this piece of metal ( stainless that the water go from the shower down if u have sand or small stones it take too long to go down from that piece … this is the only concern but I love this hotel and I was here before and this time and will be back soon ❤️❤️

"There is nothing negative to say about our stay, and everything positive to say about our 6-day, 5-night stay at Broadway at the Beach! We totally enjoyed our visit to this resort. The staff were amazing! The daily breakfast was more than enough to help jumpstart the day. The rooms were nice and clean. Hot coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7.
My husband and I traveled throughout Myrtle Beach, ate ourselves silly, shopped, and are looking forward to returning soon.

"Clean, large, welcoming suite. Security at the gate was good. Pool area was clean and was not crowded even when large crowds were at the pool. Staff very friendly. Room did not have working jets in tub. Patio door blinds did not function resulting in early rise mornings. Overall good experience and will definitely go back when in Myrtle Beach. "

"Our stay at the Carolinian was very nice! There is a short walk to the beach. Umbrellas and lounge chairs were all set up, and the beach is clean. Our room was ocean view, clean and well stocked with toiletries. Also, it was quiet in the hallway. We would definitely return."

"The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave.
The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...
