BEDROOMS:
-70's Room: King bed, lower level, record player
-80's Room: Queen bed, main level, cassette player
-90's Room: King bed + trundle bed (2 twins), lower level, CD player
-00's Room: Queen bed, main level, Ipod loaded with tunes!

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully-stocked and ready for you to cook a home-cooked meal! You'll love our throwback breakfast nook that features restaurant-style booth seating. A Keurig coffee maker with creamer and sugar is provided!

LIVING + DINING ROOM: As you enter the home you'll walk into the living room and dining room. Gather around the table that seats 8 or kick back in the living room and watch a movie on the smart TV.

BATHROOMS: Both the main floor and the basement have a full-size, fully renovated bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

LAUNDRY: No need to take your dirty laundry home! A washer and dryer with laundry detergent is provided free of charge.

BACKYARD: The backyard is the perfect place to hang out! Complete with patio chairs + table, grill and new landscaping!
**Grill is available on request in the colder months (November - April)**

PARKING: Street parking is available outside our home.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door using a code specific to you.

FAQs
Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- Nope! It's all yours!
