"This suite was in the lower level of a house near the historic district of Sioux Falls and very close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had a table, 2 stools, sink, a frig, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, as well as a few glasses, paper plates, and utensils. Also a love seat, a little bar with two stools and a TV with Netflix. The bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of street parking in front of the house. I'd stay there again :)"

"Great property for our needs. We visited Sioux Falls for our Grandson’s Birthday and our Granddaughter’s dance recital. The property had plenty of toiletries, coffee, creamer and things to do laundry. Our small dogs loved exploring the fenced in back yard. The only thing I might mention is that it’s an older home and might not be for everyone."
