"Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!"

"This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)"

"We were in Sioux Falls for work and had long days so we were just at the property to sleep. Other than a couple cleanliness issues - one that was an outdoor trash issue that was reported right away and taken care of immediately - the place worked out great. Great neighborhood and quiet while we were there. A trooper lives kiddie corner to the property which was a bonus! I would stay here again."

"This was a great place to stay. WiFi was very spotty and could not really use for phones or laptops while we were there. Game room was great and we used the spa everyday. Great communication with host. Master bed needs to be replaced as the frame is coming apart but mattress was great. "

"Overall experience was great. Mostly was just needed for a place to sleep and the hot tub was great after being on the go all day. Not sure if the batteries to the front door were dead but couldn't get in that way, but was fine as the backdoor worked fine."
