Enjoyed our recent 3 night stay at the Laburnum cottage. The accommodations were quite comfortable and certainly quiet. The cottage itself is nicely decorated and the hosts were very gracious (I got too used to having breakfast delivered on time every morning!).

The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. Owners were very nice, kind and friendly. Breakfast was very delicious and healthy. Definitely will come back if visiting Victoria again.

This property was very beautiful! The couple running the B&B was lovely and very helpful. The property is also centrally located, you’re a quick drive to Sidney, the airport or the ferry terminal.

We changed our plans and made same day reservations at Belle Maison Auprès De La Mers and so glad we did. We stayed in the cottage which was adorable and had all the comforts of home including French Press coffee, books, games, Roku tv, peace and quiet. Communication was excellent. The host gave us a tour of the cottage and shared all the important things. Breakfast was delivered to us in the morning and it was excellent. This isn't a pastry left at your door, but a big made to order breakfast. We couldn't ask for a better host. The ferry was close and we ended up being able to board the ferry an hour earlier than our reservation. I definitely would stay again and strongly recommend.

Top rated place to stay
This was a great stay. The care we felt from the hosts was first rate all the way. It was super clean and super comfortable bed. It felt so special being served a great breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The location to the ferry can’t be beat as it it about 5 minutes drive. We can’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful quiet accomodations
Had an amazing time, Great accommodations and Breakfast was great also, My wife really like the Coffee. Host were very helpful and provided brochures and advice on attractions in the area. We stayed in the 3rd floor, so had two flights of stairs but we did not mind that. Had access to an outside balcony which we enjoyed sitting outside and hearing the birds and looking at the nice view out to the bay. Landscape was also very nice. This is a great place to stay if you want to get away from the sound of traffic and just enjoy nature. Cleanliness of the place got an A++ from my wife and that is no easy feat.

This property is beautiful inside and out. It overlooks the bay. It was very convenient to visiting the Butchart Gardens and darling town of Sydney. The home is decorated beautifully and you can enjoy the the lovely trees and flowers. Our hosts were very kind and served a delicious breakfast.

We stayed in the "tiny house" cottage. Very cute and private. Breakfast was very good. We didn't stay long, but it was a perfect place to stay if you needed a place to stay near the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. Butchart Gardens was less than half an hour away.

This B&B is very well cared for and quite beautiful. The property has a large flower garden with different seating areas throughout. Very quiet peaceful stay.

The room was quaint and everything was super clean. The downside- no airconditioning and it was 3 flights up with no elevator. On the plus side- it was close to Buchart Gardens and the Butterfly House- but not that close to the harbor where the whale watching tours are located. Breakfast was privided and it was excellent!

As you know this is a private home and therefore does not have an elevator. You booked The Nest which is on the 3rd floor. No we do not have air conditioning because we are on the Coast. The 2 days you were here the daytime temp was a high of 72 (22 celcius) and the low was 54 (12 celcius). There are lots of windows plus the balcony so it is suprising you would even mention air conditioning. As for whale watching, there is an excellent whale watching company just 10 minutes away.

Wonderful off the beaten path bed and breakfast. Quiet with good views of the ocean. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Ate breakfast on the balcony, it was amazing.

This property is so well maintained and the house itself is beautiful. The hosts were so great and friendly with many recommendations for the area around. The room had a great view of the water with a private balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Un WoW sur toute la ligne. Une finale rêvée après une semaine sur l’île de Vancouver. Une chaumière avec tous les details de décoration pour se sentir à Aruba!!! Un service hors pair, c’est presque gênant d’être aussi bien servi et écouté. Faites le détour pour vivre une expérience hors du commun.
