Friendly staff and both continental and Japanese breakfast. Room were a good size and bigger than what we had tried before in Japan. If coming back to Kyoto we would stay there again."

Vi blev hevet til side ved udtjekning og bedt om at betale for morgenmad, til trods for at vi kun havde fået morgenmad 1 gang, som skulle betales med kort/kontant da det ikke kunne charges til værelset! Vi kunne fremvise trukket beløb på banken.
Vi skulle vente i 20 minutter og fremvise bankkvittering x flere!
Desuden er der kun 5 vaskemaskiner til 9 etagers hotelgæster, som er optaget konstant. Man skal stille sig i kø for at få en maskine."
