"We stayed at the Tombo House for 7 days and had a great stay.
The room was spacious and beautiful in a minimalistic style. Tombo House is placed inside its own big garden which is beautiful with a lot of different plants, a swimming pool, a nice area with a bar where you can chill and a rich animal life. Seeing birds and monkeys from your balcony adds to the experience.
The highlight of the place is the people. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Especially the two girls in the breakfast...

"This place does not offer what they advertise. Contact number is not Kenyan. Very poor communication when eventually comtacted. Shared toilet and showeroom - which was unaware of when booking. Room not cleaned during stay and had to request clean towels. Kitchen area poorly maintained. Noisy at times too due to layout."

"This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay.
