"We stayed at 4 different hotels in Japan and this one was our favourite. We were grateful to check in earlier (1pm) rather than 3pm. The hotel has a reception that is manned early in the morning to late in the evening. It is about 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station and the area outside the hotel is quiet. Across the bridge to the right of the hotel is a train station (about 5 minutes walk) and there is a 7 Eleven a few properties down. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. "Great location, very clean, has everything you need. Plenty of space, good service and amazing air conditioning that you can really control the temperature. Each room as its own ac unit so the temperature can be controlled separately. The check in was great with easy communication. The washer/dryer was in great condition. Awesome experience for a family of five. "

"Loved the washer/dryer in the room! Didn’t have to worry about going off property or a shared room to wash our clothes. This hotel was conveniently tucked in a neighborhood with a bunch of shopping store fronts near by. Being within a few minutes walking to gion, I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto!"

"元々アパート・マンションだったところをリノベーションしたようですが、まだまだ新しく清潔感があり，さらに機能的で価格的にも安くとても満足できました。 食事などはありませんが、近くにコンビニもありますし、お店もいくらでもあるので大丈夫です。 ただ，駐車場がないのは仕方ないものの、場所がやや遠い上に分かりにくいです。場所にたどり着かのは簡単でもどこ停めたら良いかがわからないのです。 それと，着いてから支払いを済ませてから案内するという方式でしたが、どうせなら予約時点で支払いも含めて終わらせておくともっと便利だと思います。 とはいえ，それ以外はとても良いホテルだと思います。また，機会があれば是非泊まりたいと思います。"
